I’ve decided to start listing interviews with metal bands from all over the world here. This is my personal challenge. I’ve done a lot already and it felt like the right challenge to give some attention to this global tribe.

Why 195 metal bands?

There have been many forms of documentation of the genre, like this awesome Map of Metal or the great documentary Global Metal. This is my contribution to showing its diversity and reach.

It’s a personal challenge and a goal to attain. I have material for the first ten bands probably and after that, I will need help finding more metal bands.
